kāmātmānaḥ svarga-parā janma-karma-phala-pradām kriyā-viśeṣa-bahulāṁ bhogaiśvarya-gatiṁ prati

ઇચ્છાઓથી ભરપૂર, સ્વર્ગને જ ધ્યેય માનીને, તેઓ પોતાનાં કર્મોના ફળરૂપે પુનર્જન્મ તરફ દોરી જનારી વાણી બોલે છે; અને સુખભોગ તથા ઐશ્વર્ય મેળવવા માટે, વિશેષ કર્મોથી ભરપૂર અનેક વિધિઓ બતાવે છે.
