yo 'ntaḥ-sukho 'ntar-ārāmas tathāntar-jyotir eva yaḥ sa yogī brahma-nirvāṇaṁ brahma-bhūto 'dhigachchhati

ಯಾರು ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಖಿಯೋ, ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುವವನೋ, ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವವನೋ, ಆ ಯೋಗಿಯು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟು, ಪರಮ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಮೋಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ.
