vṛiṣhṇīnāṁ vāsudevo ’smi pāṇḍavānāṁ dhanañjayaḥ munīnām apyahaṁ vyāsaḥ kavīnām uśhanā kaviḥ
Meaning
விருஷ்ணி வம்சத்தாரில் நான் வாசுதேவன்; பாண்டவர்களில் நான் அர்ஜுனன்; முனிவர்களில் நான் வியாசர்; கவிஞர்களில் நான் கவியான உசனஸ் (சுக்ராசாரியர்).
