yathā dīpo nivāta-stho neṅgate sopamā smṛitā yogino yata-chittasya yuñjato yogam ātmanaḥ
Meaning
காற்றில்லாத இடத்தில் வைக்கப்பட்ட விளக்கு அசையாமல் இருப்பது போலவே, ஆத்மாவில் யோகத்தைப் பயிற்சி செய்யும் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட மனம் கொண்ட யோகியும் அசையாதவன் என்று ஒப்பிடப்படுகிறான்.
