asaṅyatātmanā yogo duṣhprāpa iti me matiḥ vaśhyātmanā tu yatatā śhakyo ’vāptum upāyataḥ

கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படாத மனம் கொண்டவனுக்கு யோகம் அடைவது கடினம் என்று நான் கருதுகிறேன்; ஆனால் தன்னைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தி முயற்சி செய்பவன் தகுந்த வழிமுறைகளால் அதை அடைய முடியும்.
