ಕೂಡಲೇ ತಪಸ್ಸನ್ನು (ಮಾಡಲು) ಹೋದನು; ಓ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಯೇ, ಆ ವೈಶ್ಯನೂ ಸಹ ಅಂಬೆಯ (ಮಾತೆಯ) ದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಒಂದು ನದೀತೀರದ ಮರಳುದಿಬ್ಬದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತನು.
