Shri Banke Bihari Ji is the enchanting tribhanga form of Lord Krishna, revealed at Vrindavan by the great saint-musician Swami Haridas — so captivating that the temple keeps a curtain drawn before the deity, lest the gaze of Bihari overwhelm the devotee. This aarti, dwelling on his peacock-crown and flute, is sung at the close of his worship.

Meaning:ಓ ಗಿರಿಧರ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಆರತಿ ಹಾಡಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯ; ಓ ಶ್ಯಾಮಸುಂದರ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಆರತಿ ಹಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ — ಓ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಂಕೆ ಬಿಹಾರಿ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಆರತಿ ಹಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
मोर मुकुट प्यारे शीश पे सोहे, प्यारी बंसी मेरो मन मोहे । देख छवि बलिहारी मैं जाऊँ ॥

Meaning:ನವಿಲುಗರಿ ಕಿರೀಟ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಶಿರವನ್ನು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಧುರ ಕೊಳಲು ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಮೋಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ನಾನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
चरणों से निकली गंगा प्यारी, जिसने सारी दुनिया तारी । मैं उन चरणों के दर्शन पाऊँ ॥

Meaning:ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧರಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಗಂಗೆ ಹರಿಯಿತು; ಆ ಪಾದಗಳ ದರ್ಶನ ನನಗೆ ದೊರೆಯಲಿ.
दास अनाथ के नाथ आप हो, दुःख-सुख जीवन प्यारे साथ आप हो । हरि चरणों में शीश झुकाऊँ ॥

How to Chant ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಂಕೆ ಬಿಹಾರಿ ಆರತಿ
Light a lamp before an image of Banke Bihari (Krishna) and perform the aarti by circling it while singing, with a bell. Offer flowers, tulsi and bhog (especially butter and sweets), and conclude by taking the aarti blessing. Sing with love, dwelling on the enchanting tribhanga form with the flute and peacock-crown.
