cicchedāpatatastasya mudgaraṃ niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ tathāpi so'bhyadhāvattāṃ muṣṭimudyamya vegavān

ਉਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੁਦਗਰ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ; ਫਿਰ ਵੀ, ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੁੱਠੀ ਉਠਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਵੱਲ ਦੌੜਿਆ।
