lelihyase grasamānaḥ samantāl lokān samagrān vadanair jvaladbhiḥ tejobhir āpūrya jagat samagraṁ bhāsas tavogrāḥ pratapanti viṣhṇo

ഓ വിഷ്ണോ, അങ്ങയുടെ ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന വായ്കളാൽ എല്ലാ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും സകല ലോകങ്ങളെയും വിഴുങ്ങി, അവയെ നക്കിയെടുക്കുന്നു. അങ്ങയുടെ ഉഗ്രമായ കിരണങ്ങൾ സകല ജഗത്തിനെയും തേജസ്സുകൊണ്ട് നിറച്ച്, ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു!
