arjuna uvācha atha kena prayukto ’yaṁ pāpaṁ charati pūruṣhaḥ anichchhann api vārṣhṇeya balād iva niyojitaḥ

അർജ്ജുനൻ ചോദിച്ചു: ഓ വാർഷ്ണേയാ (കൃഷ്ണാ)! മനുഷ്യൻ തന്റെ ഇഷ്ടത്തിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി, ബലത്താൽ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടതുപോലെ, പാപം ചെയ്യാൻ എന്തിനാൽ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു?
