yo 'ntaḥ-sukho 'ntar-ārāmas tathāntar-jyotir eva yaḥ sa yogī brahma-nirvāṇaṁ brahma-bhūto 'dhigachchhati

ആര് ഉള്ളിൽ സുഖിയോ, ഉള്ളിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നവനോ, ഉള്ളിൽ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നവനോ, ആ യോഗി ബ്രഹ്മമായി മാറി, പരമ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം അഥവാ മോക്ഷം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
