adharmābhibhavāt kṛiṣhṇa praduṣhyanti kula-striyaḥ strīṣhu duṣhṭāsu vārṣhṇeya jāyate varṇa-saṅkaraḥ

ਹੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ! ਅਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਵਧ ਜਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ; ਅਤੇ ਹੇ ਵਾਰਸ਼੍ਣੇਯ (ਵ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਣੀ ਵੰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵੰਸ਼ਜ)! ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਣ-ਸੰਕਰ (ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਿਲਾਪ) ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
