saṅkaro narakāyaiva kula-ghnānāṁ kulasya cha patanti pitaro hy eṣhāṁ lupta-piṇḍodaka-kriyāḥ

ਵਰਣ-ਸੰਕਰ ਕੁਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਨਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਰ, ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਜਲ ਦੇ ਤਰਪਣ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
