Verse 1
अतुलं तत्र तत्तेजः सर्वदेवशरीरजम् ।
एकस्थं तदभून्नारी व्याप्तलोकत्रयं त्विषा ॥
atulaṃ tatra tattejaḥ sarvadevaśarīrajam
ekasthaṃ tadabhūnnārī vyāptalokatrayaṃ tviṣā
That peerless radiance, born of the bodies of all the gods, gathering into one place became a Woman, pervading the three worlds by her lustre. From what was Shiva's radiance her face came to be; from Yama's radiance, her hair; and from Vishnu's radiance, her arms.

यदभूच्छाम्भवं तेजस्तेनाजायत तन्मुखम् ।
याम्येन चाभवन् केशा बाहवो विष्णुतेजसा ॥
yadabhūcchāmbhavaṃ tejastenājāyata tanmukham
yāmyena cābhavan keśā bāhavo viṣṇutejasā
