ॐ नमो भगवते महासुदर्शनाय वासुदेवाय धन्वन्तरये।
अमृतकलशहस्ताय सर्वामयविनाशनाय
त्रैलोक्यनाथाय श्रीमहाविष्णवे नमः॥
Om Namo Bhagavate Maha-Sudarshanaya Vasudevaya Dhanvantaraye
Amrita-kalasha-hastaya Sarva-amaya-vinashanaya
Trailokya-nathaya Sri Maha-Vishnave Namah
Om, salutations to the Lord — bearer of the great Sudarshana, Vasudeva, Dhanvantari — who holds in His hand the pot of the nectar of immortality, the destroyer of all diseases, the Lord of the three worlds; salutations to Sri Maha Vishnu.
