रामस्कन्दं हनुमन्तम्

रामस्कन्दं हनूमन्तं वैनतेयं वृकोदरम्।
शयने यः स्मरेन्नित्यं दुःस्वप्नस्तस्य नश्यति॥
Rāmaskandaṁ hanūmantaṁ vainateyaṁ vṛkodaram।
Śayane yaḥ smaren nityaṁ duḥsvapnas tasya naśyati॥
Whoever remembers daily, at the time of sleep, Rama (Skanda), Hanuman, Garuda (the son of Vinata), and Bhima (the wolf-bellied) — for that person, all bad dreams and nightmares are destroyed.
