सामज वर गमन
साधु हृत्-सारसाब्जु पाल
कालातीत विख्यात
sāmaja vara gamana
sādhu hṛt-sārasābju pāla
kālātīta vikhyāta
O Lord whose gait is majestic as the noble elephant's! Protector of the lotus-hearts of the good and saintly, famed as the One beyond time itself!

साम निगमज - सुधा मय
गान विचक्षण
गुणशील दयालवाल मां पालय
sāma nigamaja - sudhā maya
gāna vicakṣaṇa
guṇaśīla dayālavāla māṃ pālaya
O connoisseur of the nectar-sweet music born of the Sama Veda; O Lord of virtuous nature, ocean of compassion — protect me!

वेदशिरो मातृज - सप्त स्वर
नादा चल दीप स्वीकृत
यादवकुल मुरली
वादन विनोद मोहन कर
त्यागराज वन्दनीय
सामज वर गमन
