Batuka Bhairava is venerated as the boy-form of Bhairava, the terrifying yet protective emanation of Shiva. Meaning:Om. He is Bhairava, Lord of beings, the Self of beings, the sustainer of beings; the knower of the field, the guardian of the field, the giver of the field, the warrior, the cosmic vast one.
श्मशानवासी मांसाशी खर्पराशी स्मरान्तकृत्। रक्तपः पानपः सिद्धः सिद्धिदः सिद्धिसेवितः॥२॥

Meaning:Giver of wealth yet remover of wealth (from the unworthy), the wealthy one, the radiant; wearing serpents as garlands and in his hair, his locks the sky itself, the bearer of the skull.
