This verse promises that constant chanting of the name of the brave Hanuman destroys all disease and removes every pain — a teaching especially associated with Tulsidas himself, who is traditionally said to have composed the Hanuman Bahuk while seeking relief from acute bodily affliction through Hanuman's grace.
