Chapter 12 of the Devi Mahatmya, the 'Phala-stuti' chapter, records the Goddess's own declaration of the blessings that flow from hearing and reciting her glory. In this verse she assures that whoever attends her Mahatmya with devotion at the great annual autumn worship will be freed from all calamities and endowed with wealth and grain by her grace.

ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ

Countless devotees through the ages have recited this verse during distress and at the close of Saptashati paath, testifying that obstacles dissolved and prosperity returned to their homes — fulfilling the Goddess's own pledge, 'na samshayah,' there is no doubt.

ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಲನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ▶ ಬಟನ್ ಒತ್ತಿ ಕೇಳಿ

ಸರ್ವಾಬಾಧಾವಿನಿರ್ಮುಕ್ತೋ ಧನಧಾನ್ಯಸಮನ್ವಿತಃ ಮನುಷ್ಯೋ ಮತ್ಪ್ರಸಾದೇನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತಿ ಸಂಶಯಃ

sarvābādhāvinirmukto dhanadhānyasamanvitaḥ manuṣyo matprasādena bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ

ಅರ್ಥ:That person shall, by my grace, become freed from all calamities and endowed with wealth and grain; of this there is no doubt.

Recite this verse with full faith, ideally after hearing or reading the Devi Mahatmya, as the Goddess attaches its fruit to such devotion. It may be chanted 108 times as a standalone prayer for relief from troubles and for prosperity, or used as a closing affirmation (with sankalpa) at the end of a Saptashati reading during the autumn worship.

ಈ ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ಣ Sarva Badha Vinirmukto ಕನ್ನಡ ಲಿಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ — ಅವೇ ಮೂಲ ಶ್ಲೋಕಗಳು, ಅಕ್ಷರ-ಅಕ್ಷರ ಲಿಪ್ಯಂತರಗೊಂಡು, ನೀವು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಓದಿ ಪಠಿಸಬಹುದು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಲನ್ನು (ಅಥವಾ ▶ ಬಟನ್) ಒತ್ತಿ ಅದರ ಪಠಣ ಕೇಳಿ.

It means 'freed from all obstacles and calamities.' In this verse from Durga Saptashati Chapter 12 the Goddess promises that her devotee will, by her grace, be released from every affliction and blessed with wealth and abundance, without doubt.
It is a phala-shruti — a verse declaring the fruit of reciting the Devi Mahatmya — spoken by the Goddess herself. It is one of the most frequently quoted assurances of protection and prosperity in the entire Durga Saptashati.
It is especially recited during the autumn Navaratri Mahapuja and after completing the Durga Saptashati paath. Devotees facing troubles also chant it on its own, often 108 times, for relief and abundance.
