The Chandramaulisha Stotram is traditionally ascribed to Bharati Tirtha. A hymn to Chandramaulisha — Lord Shiva who wears the crescent moon upon His crown — adoring the three-eyed Lord, consort of Uma, the giver of refuge and liberation.

ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੰਗਤੀ ਜਾਂ ▶ ਬਟਨ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਕੇ ਸੁਣੋ
ਸ਼੍ਰੀਗਣੇਸ਼ਾਯ ਨਮਃ । ਓਙ੍ਕਾਰਜਪਰਤਾਨਾਮੋਙ੍ਕਾਰਾਰ੍ਥਂ ਮੁਦਾ ਵਿਵृਣ੍ਵਾਨਮ੍ । ਓਜਃਪ੍ਰਦਂ ਨਤੇਭ੍ਯਸ੍ਤਮਹਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਮਾਮਿ ਚਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਮ੍ ॥ ੧॥ ਨਮ੍ਰਸੁਰਾਸੁਰਨਿਕਰਂ ਨਲਿਨਾਹਙ੍ਕਾਰਹਾਰਿਪਦਯੁਗਲਮ੍ । ਨਮਦਿष੍ਟਦਾਨਧੀਰਂ ਸਤਤਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਮਾਮਿ ਚਨ੍ਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਮ੍ ॥ ੨॥ ਮਨਨਾਦ੍ਯਤ੍ਪਦਯੋਃ ਖਲੁ ਮਹਤੀਂ ਸਿਦ੍ਧਿਂ ਜਵਾਤ੍ਪ੍ਰਪਦ੍ਯਨ੍ਤੇ । ਮਨ੍ਦੇਤਰਲਕ੍ष੍ਮੀਪ੍ਰਦਮਨਿਸ਼ਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਮਾਮਿ ਚਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਮ੍ ॥ ੩॥ ਸ਼ਿਤਿਕਣ੍ਠਮਿਨ੍ਦੁਦਿਨਕਰਸ਼ੁਚਿਲੋਚਨਮਮ੍ਬੁਜਾਕ੍षਵਿਧਿਸੇਵ੍ਯਮ੍ । ਨਤਮਤਿਦਾਨਧੁਰੀਣਂ ਸਤਤਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਮਾਮਿ ਚਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਮ੍ ॥ ੪॥ ਵਾਚੋ ਵਿਨਿਵਰ੍ਤਤੇ ਯਸ੍ਮਾਦਪ੍ਰਾਪ੍ਯ ਸਹ ਹृਦੈਵੇਤਿ । ਗੀਯਨ੍ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੁਤਿਤਤਿਭਿਸ੍ਤਮਹਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਮਾਮਿ ਚਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਮ੍ ॥ ੫॥ ਯਚ੍ਛਨ੍ਤਿ ਯਤ੍ਪਦਾਮ੍ਬੁਜਭਕ੍ਤਾਃ ਕੁਤੁਕਾਤ੍ਸ੍ਵਭਕ੍ਤੇਭ੍ਯਃ । ਸਰ੍ਵਾਨਪਿ ਪੁਰੁषਾਰ੍ਥਾਂਸ੍ਤਮਹਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਮਾਮਿ ਚਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਮ੍ ॥ ੬॥ ਪਞ੍ਚਾਕ੍षਰਮਨੁਵਰ੍ਣੈਰਾਦੌ ਕॢਪ੍ਤਾਂ ਸ੍ਤੁਤਿਂ ਪਠਨ੍ਨੇਨਾਮ੍ । ਪ੍ਰਾਪ੍ਯ ਦृਢਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਵਭਕ੍ਤਿਂ ਭੁਕ੍ਤ੍ਵਾ ਭੋਗਾਂਲ੍ਲਭੇਤ ਮੁਕ੍ਤਿਮਪਿ ॥ ੭॥ ਇਤਿ ਸ਼ृਙ੍ਗੇਰਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਜਗਦ੍ਗੁਰੁ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਸਚ੍ਚਿਦਾਨਨ੍ਦਸ਼ਿਵਾਭਿਨਵਨृਸਿਂਹ- ਭਾਰਤੀਸ੍ਵਾਮਿਭਿਃ ਵਿਰਚਿਤਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਚਨ੍ਦ੍ਰਮੌਲੀਸ਼ਸ੍ਤੋਤ੍ਰਂ ਸਮ੍ਪੂਰ੍ਣਮ੍ ॥
śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ | oṅkārajaparatānāmoṅkārārthaṃ mudā vivṛṇvānam | ojaḥpradaṃ natebhyastamahaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 1|| namrasurāsuranikaraṃ nalināhaṅkārahāripadayugalam | namadiṣṭadānadhīraṃ satataṃ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 2|| mananādyatpadayoḥ khalu mahatīṃ siddhiṃ javātprapadyante | mandetaralakṣmīpradamaniśaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 3|| śitikaṇṭhamindudinakaraśucilocanamambujākṣavidhisevyam | natamatidānadhurīṇaṃ satataṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 4|| vāco vinivartate yasmādaprāpya saha hṛdaiveti | gīyante śrutitatibhistamahaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 5|| yacchanti yatpadāmbujabhaktāḥ kutukātsvabhaktebhyaḥ | sarvānapi puruṣārthāṃstamahaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 6|| pañcākṣaramanuvarṇairādau kḷptāṃ stutiṃ paṭhannenām | prāpya dṛḍhāṃ śivabhaktiṃ bhuktvā bhogā~llabheta muktimapi || 7|| iti śṛṅgeri śrījagadguru śrīsaccidānandaśivābhinavanṛsiṃha- bhāratīsvāmibhiḥ viracitaṃ śrīcandramaulīśastotraṃ sampūrṇam ||
