The Chandramaulisha Stotram is traditionally ascribed to Bharati Tirtha. A hymn to Chandramaulisha — Lord Shiva who wears the crescent moon upon His crown — adoring the three-eyed Lord, consort of Uma, the giver of refuge and liberation.

શ્રીગણેશાય નમઃ । ઓઙ્કારજપરતાનામોઙ્કારાર્થં મુદા વિવૃણ્વાનમ્ । ઓજઃપ્રદં નતેભ્યસ્તમહં પ્રણમામિ ચદ્રમૌલીશમ્ ॥ ૧॥ નમ્રસુરાસુરનિકરં નલિનાહઙ્કારહારિપદયુગલમ્ । નમદિષ્ટદાનધીરં સતતં પ્રણમામિ ચન્દ્રમૌલીશમ્ ॥ ૨॥ મનનાદ્યત્પદયોઃ ખલુ મહતીં સિદ્ધિં જવાત્પ્રપદ્યન્તે । મન્દેતરલક્ષ્મીપ્રદમનિશં પ્રણમામિ ચદ્રમૌલીશમ્ ॥ ૩॥ શિતિકણ્ઠમિન્દુદિનકરશુચિલોચનમમ્બુજાક્ષવિધિસેવ્યમ્ । નતમતિદાનધુરીણં સતતં પ્રણમામિ ચદ્રમૌલીશમ્ ॥ ૪॥ વાચો વિનિવર્તતે યસ્માદપ્રાપ્ય સહ હૃદૈવેતિ । ગીયન્તે શ્રુતિતતિભિસ્તમહં પ્રણમામિ ચદ્રમૌલીશમ્ ॥ ૫॥ યચ્છન્તિ યત્પદામ્બુજભક્તાઃ કુતુકાત્સ્વભક્તેભ્યઃ । સર્વાનપિ પુરુષાર્થાંસ્તમહં પ્રણમામિ ચદ્રમૌલીશમ્ ॥ ૬॥ પઞ્ચાક્ષરમનુવર્ણૈરાદૌ કૢપ્તાં સ્તુતિં પઠન્નેનામ્ । પ્રાપ્ય દૃઢાં શિવભક્તિં ભુક્ત્વા ભોગાંલ્લભેત મુક્તિમપિ ॥ ૭॥ ઇતિ શૃઙ્ગેરિ શ્રીજગદ્ગુરુ શ્રીસચ્ચિદાનન્દશિવાભિનવનૃસિંહ- ભારતીસ્વામિભિઃ વિરચિતં શ્રીચન્દ્રમૌલીશસ્તોત્રં સમ્પૂર્ણમ્ ॥
śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ | oṅkārajaparatānāmoṅkārārthaṃ mudā vivṛṇvānam | ojaḥpradaṃ natebhyastamahaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 1|| namrasurāsuranikaraṃ nalināhaṅkārahāripadayugalam | namadiṣṭadānadhīraṃ satataṃ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 2|| mananādyatpadayoḥ khalu mahatīṃ siddhiṃ javātprapadyante | mandetaralakṣmīpradamaniśaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 3|| śitikaṇṭhamindudinakaraśucilocanamambujākṣavidhisevyam | natamatidānadhurīṇaṃ satataṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 4|| vāco vinivartate yasmādaprāpya saha hṛdaiveti | gīyante śrutitatibhistamahaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 5|| yacchanti yatpadāmbujabhaktāḥ kutukātsvabhaktebhyaḥ | sarvānapi puruṣārthāṃstamahaṃ praṇamāmi cadramaulīśam || 6|| pañcākṣaramanuvarṇairādau kḷptāṃ stutiṃ paṭhannenām | prāpya dṛḍhāṃ śivabhaktiṃ bhuktvā bhogā~llabheta muktimapi || 7|| iti śṛṅgeri śrījagadguru śrīsaccidānandaśivābhinavanṛsiṃha- bhāratīsvāmibhiḥ viracitaṃ śrīcandramaulīśastotraṃ sampūrṇam ||
