Near the very end of the eighteenth chapter, Moksha Sannyasa Yoga, Sanjaya reflects on all he has witnessed and narrated to Dhritarashtra. Recalling repeatedly the most wonderful cosmic form of Krishna, he is overcome with wonder and rejoices again and again — one of the final verses that convey the bliss of remembering the Lord.

The tradition holds that mere remembrance of the Lord's divine form, as Sanjaya here describes, fills the heart with joy and wonder time and again — showing that the bliss of devotion is inexhaustible and renews itself with every loving recollection of God.

ਤਚ੍ਚ ਸਂਸ੍ਮ੍ਰਿਤ੍ਯ ਸਂਸ੍ਮ੍ਰਿਤ੍ਯ ਰੂਪਮਤ੍ਯਦ੍ਭੁਤਂ ਹਰੇਃ। ਵਿਸ੍ਮਯੋ ਮੇ ਮਹਾਨ੍ ਰਾਜਨ੍ ਹ੍ਰਿਸ਼੍ਯਾਮਿ ਚ ਪੁਨਃ ਪੁਨਃ॥
tach cha sansmṛitya saṁsmṛitya rūpam aty-adbhutaṁ hareḥ vismayo ye mahān rājan hṛiṣhyāmi cha punaḥ punaḥ
ਅਰਥ:और हे राजन्! श्रीहरि के उस अति अद्भुत रूप को बार-बार स्मरण करके मुझे महान् विस्मय होता है और मैं बारम्बार हर्षित होता हूँ।
