Skanda Purana (Rinamochaka / Rina-Vimochana Angaraka Stotram, spoken by Bhargava) · Bhargava (Shukracharya) — as narrated in the Skanda Purana · Puranic

The Rinamochaka Mangala Stotram appears in the Skanda Purana as a teaching of Bhargava (Shukracharya) on how to win freedom from debt through the grace of Mars. In Hindu astrology Mars (Mangala / Kuja / Bhauma), the fiery son of the Earth goddess Bhumi, governs energy, courage, land and — significantly — loans and debt. This hymn gathers his names and offers a heartfelt surrender, asking the 'king of the planets' to dissolve the devotee's debts, poverty and fears. It remains one of the most widely recited remedies in the Navagraha tradition for those burdened by financial difficulty.

ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରରେ କୁହାଯାଇଥିବା ପରି

Tradition holds that those crushed by debt who recite this stotra on twelve successive Tuesdays, or daily for a forty-day mandala, find their loans mysteriously cleared and fresh wealth flowing in; the hymn itself promises that the sincere reciter 'becomes like a second Kubera, young and vigorous', never again falling into want.

It is a twelve-verse Sanskrit hymn to Mangala (Mars) from the Skanda Purana, spoken by Bhargava (Shukracharya). 'Rina-Mochaka' means 'that which releases from debt', and the stotra is the most famous prayer recited to clear loans and financial difficulty by the grace of Mars, who is hailed in it as 'Rinaharta', the remover of debt.
The stotra praises Mars as the destroyer of debt and directly asks him to 'quickly destroy all my debt without remainder'. Its phalashruti promises that the faithful reciter never falls into debt, swiftly attains wealth, and becomes like a youthful second Kubera (the god of wealth).
On Tuesdays (Mangalavara), the weekday of Mars, with offerings of red flowers and a lamp. For relief from a particular debt it is often recited daily as a 40-day vow (mandala) until the loan is cleared, and during Navagraha or Mangala puja.
Both are Skanda Purana hymns to Mars. The Angaraka Stotram lists twenty-one names of Bhauma; the Rinamochaka Mangala Stotram is a distinct twelve-verse hymn focused specifically on Rina-Mochana — release from debt — and includes direct prayers and surrender (sharanagati) to Angaraka for wealth, children and freedom from loans.
