பொருள்:I worship that dark-hued Sri Rama who, seated together with Sita beneath the celestial wish-tree, within a great golden pavilion, upon the jewelled seat of the Pushpaka in the heroic posture, expounds the supreme truth to the assembled sages while Hanuman, the son of the Wind-god, recites before Him, and who is surrounded by Bharata and His other brothers and devotees.

Recite this dhyana verse with folded hands while visualising the Rama-darbar exactly as described — Sita beside Rama in the golden pavilion, Hanuman reading at His feet, Bharata and the brothers in attendance. Use it as the opening meditation before Rama worship, Ramayana parayana, or Sundara Kanda paaraayanam. Chanting it three times helps the scene arise clearly in the mind before the main recitation.
